A unique opportunity has arisen to join the team at the Sussex Pad Hotel in Lancing.

The role would ideally suit an experienced Chef de Partie, giving them an exciting opportunity to work with the finest fresh ingredients.

You will be assisting with the breakfast, lunch and occasionally dinner menus and will be expected to relish and rise to a variety of different culinary challenges.

From creating desserts to preparing fish straight from the trawlers you will be confident and competent in your abilities and will provide appreciated support to the rest of your brigade.

The team at the Sussex Pad are looking for someone flexible and reliable who appreciates the value of fresh ingredients and can gel well with the other four members of their talented kitchen team.
