Description
Assistant Chefs required for winter 2011/12 for Snow Nation's hotel in La Rosiere, France!
As an Assistant Chef you are primarily responsible for the catering and dining aspect of the hotel.
Your role will include preparing and delivering food of a high standard as directed by the Head Chef, working as a team to ensure the kitchen department runs smoothly and efficiently at all times and assisting the Head Chef in developing the weekly menu.
Requirements
- Commercial cooking experience especially buffets/banqueting.
- Food Safety Certificate Level 2 min.
- Computer skills a bonus.
- Basic French a bonus.
- Ideally aged over 25 years (Vehicle Insurance Requirements)
- UK National Insurance Number.
- UK Bank Account.
- Full Driving Licence.
- UK resident for minimum 12 months.
