Description
We are currently looking for Deputy Head Housekeeper to join our team at our Manchester hotel.
The Deputy Head Housekeeper will make guest and employees feel special by managing the housekeeping department improving services. The Deputy Head Housekeeper will be accountable for the daily management and smooth running of the assigned housekeeping sector.
Requirements
The successful candidate:
- Demonstrate ability to proactively prioritize needs of the department and thus is effectively manage resources and time.
- Demonstrate understanding of the technical service skills for the house keeping area
- Excellent command of English language, ability to communicate effectively with guest and fellow colleagues
- Display excellent team working skills
- Has a high level of attention to detail
- Has the knowledge to manage a budget effectively
- Is able to use technology such as Guest Link/Genesis, Word, Ramco, POP etc
- Is aware of Health and safety procedures
