Stocks Hotel on the beautiful Channel Island of Sark require an experience Bistro Restaurant Supervisor for summer season 2012, from March until October.
Stocks is a family owned, luxury farmhouse hotel with 23 suites and bedrooms plus a popular fine dining room, an exclusive cocktail bar and a popular poolside Bistro restaurant. The hotel is located in the centre of the small island of Sark in the British Channel Islands.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a popular, high quality, casual dining environment.
- Must be organised, reliable and a good leader / communicator.
- Must have pleasant character and warm personality.
- Must possess the hospitality WOW-Factor!
- Must excel at delivering outstanding customer service.
- Must speek and understand fluent English.
