Are you looking for a challenging leadership role this Easter & Summer? Join us and develop your management skills in a FUN environment!
The Camp Manager is the key position on the camp. Not only are you responsible for the daily running of the camp and the health and safety on site, you are also the person that between 10 - 35 people will look to for motivation, direction and leadership. It is very demanding and although we provide telephone and a mobile support network, you are the main person on site.
However, as with most tasks the more you put in the more you will get out and the rewards from running a successful camp are tremendous. You will develop key skills and will return to teaching with a fresh approach and might even get that promotion!
The actual daily role depends greatly on the size of the camp. Managers whose camps have less than 100 children will be able to be involved in some activities, whilst those managers with over 200 children each day probably won't.
Requirements
Applicants must have experience and/or relevant qualifications.
Particularly suited if you:
- Have a positive attitude and ‘can do’ approach
- Are an experienced teacher wanting more management experience
- Are an industry professional
