Description
We are are looking for an experienced Central Reservations Manager to lead the team wihtin our Central Reservations Office.
The Central Reservations Team look after 8 very individual hotels, including The Vineyard at Stockcross.
The main purpose of the job is to drive rooms revenues through the Central Reservations Office using effective management of a highly efficient call-management centre. We require the successful applicant to effectively implement new standards of operating, in line with the projected increased levels of transient reservations through the CRO.
Requirements
- Previous experience in reservations within a hotel/hospitality environment.
- An excellent command of written and spoken English
- Impeccable telephone manners
- Customer service skills
