Description
Spend the rest of the season working in the French Alps!
Working with a small hosting team, you will be committed to providing the top level customer service and high quality catering that Ski Bonjour is known for.
The emphasis is on creating a home from home' atmosphere and providing excellent food - it has to be special. It is necessary for you be at the heart of our guests' holiday, eating with them each evening, and looking after them as if they were staying in your own home.
Responsibilities include:
- Menu planning
- All ordering and shopping for the food, to be purchased within an agreed weekly budget for 10 to 15 covers.
- Kitchen hygiene
- Preparation of breakfast (cooked), afternoon tea (freshly baked cakes) and evening meal (3 courses) on six days per week.
- Preparation of a children's dinner as and when needed
- Using fresh ingredients whenever possible cooked to high standards
- Creating meals with high standards of presentation
- Catering for special diets as and when needed
You will be working for an independent, family run business which has a reputation for staff care.
Requirements
Previous experience and/or catering qualifications are essential.
