Chalet couples required to provide 5* luxury service and cuisine in Zermatt, Switzerland next winter ski season!

Mountain Exposure are looking for chalet couples to take care of their guests and prepare great cuisine. One of you will be a qualified and experienced chef; the other an exceptional host.

Key responsibilities of the chef:

We take great care to provide only the finest cuisine to our guests.

You will have had at least 5 years of relevant restaurant/catering experience.

Gourmet quality cuisine - working within a budget, you will be responsible for food ordering, menu design and planning, and providing full breakfast, afternoon tea, 3 canapés and a three/four course evening meal.
You will also need to prepare children's early dinner when appropriate and prepare staff meals.

Key responsibilities of the host:

• Provide a welcoming atmosphere, showing guests to their rooms and helping with luggage
• Preparing and serving breakfast and evening meals and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen
• Daily and weekly cleaning and  housekeeping, maintaining the chalet's orderliness and cleanliness
• Ordering supplies & stock control
• Ensuring the health & safety of guests at all times

The chef must hold a recognised catering qualification or have experience in the restaurant industry.

The host must have the following experience:

• Previous management, hospitality and cleaning experience
• Computer literate
• Guest care skills
