Chef De Rang  / Supervisor in our award winning 2 Rosette Grill Room Restaurant.
To work alongside the Restaurant Management team to ensure the smooth running of the food and beverage service operations within the Grill Room Restaurant.
Having recently been awarded 2 Rosettes for Culinary excellence and an overall 5 star rating from the AA, we are looking to strengthen our very talented team. This is a 50 cover fine dining experience and has an excellent reputation, attracting both regular and further afield clientele who travel to the county to dine at this establishment. The food is modern British in design and uses only locally sourced produce.
The candidate must have previous Restaurant experience in an establishment of similar quality and have a genuine passion for hospitality, food and beverage. The selected candidate must lead by example and deliver an excellent standard of service to all of our hotel guests who’s expectations are as high as ever, having recently been officially accredited to one of the England’s top hotels.
The successful Chef de Rang must possess excellent customer service skills, along with being able to think quickly on their feet and work well both individually and within a team.

Requirements

An NVQ/City and Guilds qualification in food service is preferable.
A minimum of one year's previous experience as a Chef de Rang in a similar high profile dining establishment is essential.
Excellent customer care skills.
