Description

Chefs de Partie required for the Victoria Hotel.

We are looking for dedicated chefs who have a proven ability to work with atraditional menu and with a busy lunch trade and functions.

In the Victoria's Rosetted Restaurant we produce modern cuisine and are making our own Bread, Ice Creams and Pasta.

We can offer excellent salaries, accomodation and all meals, a bi- annual share of gratuities and excellent career progression. Professionally laundered uniforms are also provided free of charge.

Requirements

The right candidates for both hotels will be able to create high quality dishes and have the ability to organise and manage a section. We are looking for someone that has two years previous experience in a similar restaurant or hotel.

Must have the right to work in the UK. Candidates without UK work permits will not be considered.
