Neilson children’s clubs are a massive part of what makes us so unique and we are fully aware that it is the staff we recruit that help uphold our great reputation. If you have experience of working with children and are enthusiastic and energetic then you could thrive in this varied and challenging role.

Within a small team you will need to plan and organise a fun, action packed activity programme that is age appropriate whilst considering health and safety requirements. Typical activities could range from mask making through to treasure trails and kayaking with no day being the same as the last.

You will need to be confident to deliver a weekly welcome brief and meet with the parents on a daily basis to discuss the individual needs of each child. You will be responsible for organising snacks and meals for the children as and when required and keep creche, clubrooms, equipment and toys clean and well maintained.

Requirements

You need either a level 2 childcare qualification or experience of working with children. Ideally you will enjoy or have an interest in watersports and outdoor activities.
