We are now recruiting cooks/chefs for the 2011/12 season!

If you are looking to spend a winter working in Val d’Isère – one of the world’s premier ski resorts – and are looking for work with a young, lively company, then this could be the job for you!

We have a reputation for quality catering and we have bigger food budgets than most tour operators.  We are looking for qualified, experienced and creative Chefs who have worked in a kitchen at a professional level and who like to create mouth watering dishes.

We expect all of our Team to have a positive and proactive attitude and our ethos of providing our clients with a great holiday is the over-riding factor of everything we do. 

Your specific daily responsibilities will include:

• At the beginning of the season to design and plan all the menus along with our other Chefs;
• To do all the food shopping for your apartment or chalet;
• To provide full breakfast, afternoon tea and four course evening meal;
• To ensure that all guests’ dietary requirements are catered for;
• To be responsible for all budgeting in your chalet;
• To keep your property clean at all times;
• To provide weekly accounts;
• To be responsible for reporting any maintenance or technical problems within the property.

• Recognised catering qualification and experience;
• Have worked in a kitchen at a professional level;
• Team player;
• Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
