CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF REQUIRED FOR HISTORIC FRENCH CHATEAU
Expand your travel and tourism experience by being the first point of contact for our guests, providing an excellent standard of customer service during their stay.
Enhance your customer service skills by ensuring all guest needs are met and any issues or complaints dealt with seriously and professionally.
Key responsibilities
- To be a point of contact for guests and suppliers in the event of a query and to reach an outcome that all parties are happy with.
- To ensure the smooth running of transfers to and from the chateau, meeting and greeting the guests.
- Confidently dealing with guest's concerns and needs so that a win-win situation can be achieved.
- Uphold the standards of the organization by being pro-active and approachable.
Requirements
* Bi-lingual French in speaking, reading and listening
* Customer service experience preferred combined with an outgoing, friendly and forward-thinking attitude.
* UK/EU passport, UK National Insurance Number & Bank Account
* Candidates must complete a full enhanced CRB check.
