CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER REQUIRED IN L'ESCALA, SPAIN
You will need to run a team who are the first point of contact for our guests ensuring they receive an excellent standard of customer service during their stay. It is vital you ensure all guest needs are met and any concerns are dealt with seriously and professionally. Fluent Spanish an advantage
The job requires you to;
- Be a point of contact for guests and suppliers in the event of a query and reach an outcome that all parties are happy with
- Manage the consistent delivery of excellent customer service
- Guarantee the smooth running of transfers to and from the resort, meeting and greeting all guests.
- Organizing, recommending and attending any evening entertainment programmes and ensuring any special requirements are dealt with
- Dealing with customer concerns to create a win-win situation.
- Have full accountability for maximizing sales opportunities by motivating the team to deliver sales while taking a positive approach towards up selling wherever possible.
- Ensure your team is motivated and enthusiastic
