Description
The Haut-lac International require a dishwasher to work through the months of September and October. The successful applicant must be available from the beginning of May up until the 28th of October.
Staff hired specifically for dish washing do not work the normal shift system but work around the three meals of the day.
Dishwashers must eat before or after the students so that dishes can be started during the meal.
Dishes must be washed, dried and returned to their point of origin (kitchen or dining room).
Floor and surfaces in the dishwashing area must be brushed and washed.
After the last meal of the day the dish washing machine must be cleaned and switched off. Tables in the dining room must be re-set for each meal.
Rubbish must be taken to outside bins after every meal.
