Description
The Guest Relations team at the fabulous 5* London Marriott Hotel and Executive Apartments is looking for an Executive Lounge Host / Hostess to assist with the running of the lounge and looking after hotel guests.
Responsibilities include providing a 5* food and beverage service to guests who use the lounge for meals and snacks, operating in a safe and hygienic way at all times and keeping the buffets replenished. You will also be responsible for the overall upkeep of the lounge and making sure that all guests are looked after in all aspects of their Executive Lounge experience.
Finally, you will be empowered to deal with guest requests and VIP lists in order to be prepared for the many guests who use the lounge on a day by day basis.
Requirements
As this is a Front Office position with Food and Beverage responsibilities as well, we are looking for candidates with 5* experience in both of these areas of hotel operations. You will have previous operational F&B experience and be familiar with hospitality systems, preferably Opera or Marsha.
Candidates must be highly organised and be flexible enough to cope with shift work. You must be motivated enough to work alone, but also in a team.
Candidates must have an excellent level of written and spoken English and be excellent communicators with guests and fellow associates alike.
