Description
We are currently looking for First Commis Chef to join our team at the Radisson Blu Edwardian, Manchester. The First Commis Chef will create 100% customer satisfaction by preparing quality food products.
Working in an organised and hygienic manner, you will ensure that all food and beverage staff are fully aware of the day's products, and will help to organise workstations, and storage areas
Requirements
The successful candidate:
- Can perform all duties of Commis Chef as specified in Commis Chef job description
- Can carry out a single dedicated task efficiently and with minimal supervision.
- Communicates requests from restaurant and other staff to the Kitchen Team Leader
- Understands the structure and working relationships of the kitchen brigade as a team.
- Has food & beverage product knowledge, and an understanding of food preparation techniques
- Has good command of the English language
- Has knowledge of Radisson Edwardian systems & procedures
- Holds a Food and Hygiene certificateEverything that Radisson
