Description

An exciting position for a experienced general manager or couple has presented itself at White's successful sister property, The Swan Inn.

A General Manager or Management Couple are required at this 15th century coaching inn with 15 bedrooms, and large vibrant restaurant.

We are looking for an experienced industry professional, who is passionate about the trade and has successfully run a similar high volume operation.

On top of that, we’ll expect you to be used to the demands of recruiting, managing and developing a large team, in order to deliver the exceptional standards of quality and service that our customers expect.

Requirements

Must have volume restaurant, banqueting and rooms experience and a passion for providing the highest level of service
