Description
The Westbury is a 246 room five star hotel in the heart of Mayfair. We are currently developing a new outlet, Gallery Restaurant to cater for our discerning guests. The restaurant is about to open and we are looking to expand the team with the appointment of an additional Head Waiter.
To be successful you will need not only the drive and commitment to deliver a consistent service, but also the supervision & leadership skills to help take our standards to new levels.
The Role:
To run a section of the service during breakfast, lunch or dinner.
To guide and develop other members of the restaurant brigade.
To join with the Management team to develop higher levels of service.
To increase average cover spends through upselling food and beverages
To maintain standards of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene.
Requirements
Must have worked at this level in a similar standard restaurant.
Food Hygiene certificate.
Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of the standards expected at this level of the business (5 star hotel/2 rosette restaurant).
