Description
Graduate with hotel experience? We require graduates for our beautiful hotel in North Devon for Hotel Duty Manager with Reception Shifts positions.
Highbullen Hotel and Country Club is recruiting and looking for bright enthusiastic graduates of hospitality to help shape the systems and procedures that are being put in place over the next 6 months to improve the guest experience on the estate.
We are under new management and are seeking the sort of people who: love chatting to guests and members about what we are up to, using their initiative to come up with better ways of doing certain tasks, networking on the www, adding value to the offers that we are putting together to increase occupancy, have loads of energy and like to laugh a lot!
Accommodation is provided.
Requirements
There are roles for 3 fun graduates who have at least 2 years’ experience working in a hotel (one of those years being continuous) to take on the Hotel duty manager role and work with our current reception team on shifts.
