In this role your responsibilities will include:

General Management
Manage and oversee all departments of the Hotel
Lead a team of approx 15 people
Responsible for all bar accounts/orders/stock levels
Ensure all health and safety aspects are in place
Quality control - essential for all departments
Accounts - Daily/weekly basis
Petty cash, bar accounts, Food, Laundry, Hotel Budgets
Oversee in-resort finance and administration associated with in-resort sales
Meet and greet guests on arrival at the Hotel Deal with guest's/staff queries and problems
Drive company vehicles
