Fancy working as part of a dedicated team? Keep everything running smoothly by working as maintenance staff for KAMP USA, an ideal opportunity for students who want to experience summer camp life but don't want to work directly with children.
Maintenance involves both outdoor and indoor work. On the grounds you will be cutting grass, trimming shrubs and trees, raking leaves, grass and other rubbish. You may be driving tractors and trucks, and may have some dangerous equipment to handle, e.g. chainsaws, etc. Obviously most of this work is in daylight hours but as a maintenance person you will be on call 24 hours a day for emergencies, although for the most part the job will be routine.
KAMP USA places you alone or with friends in an ancillary job on a US Summer Camp with up to 6 weeks travel available once camp is over. With a low upfront outlay, KAMP is one of the easiest and most affordable ways for students to explore North America.

Requirements
You must be a current full-time student at a UK university on a degree level or HND course (or equivalent). The course must run for the complete academic year. Final years are eligible.
