Receptionist/Hostess in The Gallery Restaurant
The Westbury Hotel is a Five Star luxury property in the heart of London’s Mayfair. We have built a reputation for food quality, using only the best ingredients and freshest produce. We are about to launch a new restaurant, The Gallery. This will be a 100 seat all-day dining concept based on modern French cuisine, working in harmony with the restaurant space. Due to the expansion of our catering outlets, we are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Receptionist/Hostess.
Main responsibilities include:
- Dealing with guest enquiries
- Delivering a 5* service
- Running reception shifts
- Meeting and greeting- Cashiering
Requirements
As a Receptionist/Hostess, you will have previous experience in a similar role. You will have the charisma and style needed to welcome our guests. You will need a great personality, a passion for service and an approachable style of service. You will also be able to demonstrate a level of spoken English and inter-personal skills to meet our guests’ expectations. Knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage.
