Description

We are looking to recruit an outgoing and energetic individual who would be able to work in the ‘Curve’ seafood restaurant, achieving efficient service and guest satisfaction every day!

Restaurant Associates will carry out duties within the Food & Beverage department as requested by the Director of Restaurants and Supervisors, maintaining the Company’s image standards at all times. They will be responsible for serving our guests in accordance with Marriott standards of Food and Beverage quality, presentation and hygiene, in a gracious and professional manner.

Requirements

Candidates must have valid permission to live and work in the United Kingdom; verification of documentation will be undertaken as part of the recruitment process.

Preferred candidates will have previous experience working within a busy Food & Beverage environment – good knowledge of food, wine and beverages are essential. Cocktail and licensing law knowledge is highly desirable. Applicants should be pro‐active, reliable and innovative with an excellent ability to work under pressure. Exceptional customer service skills and a polite friendly manner are key to this great position.

Candidates must also demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal, listening and writing) and have a good level of English. Applicants should have excellent team working skills and be able to work unsupervised when empowered to do so. They must be customer –orientated and have strong sales skills.
