Description
We are currently looking for a Revenue Controller to join our team at our May Fair hotel.
The Revenue Controller will provide a safeguard and grow the value of the hotel asset by serving as a business partner, consulting on ways to maximize financial results and assisting the Financial Controller in directing the finance department.
You will develop and implement accounting and finance strategiesthat support achievement of the hotel’s goals.
You will provide hotel team with reports and information that can be used as a basis for improved decision making, and ensure that all revenues posted are accurate and corrected if necessary in accordance to the company standards and practices.
Requirements
The successful candidate will:
• Have the ability to maintain high standards of work and accuracy, with
attention to detail.
• Have a Client focused approach to work.
•Be a Graduate, part-qualified (or qualified by experience) accountant, with a minimum of five years’ financial management experience in the hotel or service sector.
•Have a record of demonstrable personal achievement with proven
management skills.
•Have the Ability to manage large, complex projects and develop cross-functional support.
• Have excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to liase
effectively with non-financial staff.
• Be a team player with outstanding inter-personal, negotiation and
organisational skills.
• Have a Client focused approach to work.
• Be IT literate
