Description
Sales Coordinator required for the Harte & Garter hotel in Windsor.
Reporting directly to the Sales Office Manager, As our Sales Coordinator, you will maximise both bedroom and meeting and event bookings by delivering pleasant and efficient service, in person, by phone, post and email.
Your in-depth knowledge of our facilities, rooms and any special promotions on offer will help you meet the guest's needs. You will ensure that reservations are dealt with effectively, while maximising revenue wherever possible and coordinating events to the highest standard.
Sitting opposite the world famous Windsor Castle, the largest inhabited castle in the world, The Harte & Garter enjoys the finest location in the centre of town. The hotel comprises 79 stunning bedrooms and 7 elegant private dining & meeting rooms.
Requirements
Previous experience within a similar role is essential.
