Our client is a long established niche specialist in the travel industry. They now wish to move up several more gears and require a genuinely successful, proven sales team leader. Prepared to challenge the norms by creating clearly defined, measurable and deliverable strategies and targets. You will commit yourself to sharing in the future success of this very ambitious company with a passion for exceptional customer service.
Likely to have experience of managing large teams of sales staff, have knowledge of CRM, call systems, e-comms, be a competent negotiator with true commercial nous and have gained the respect of peers, colleagues and suppliers.
The rewards will be reflected in the generous package, including a good basic, exceptional bonus, health-care and, eventually, options of shares once you have proven your value to the business.
This job will suit only those who respect the fact that leaders "lead & succeed" NOT "bark & bite".
Educated to at least degree level (or similar), with a keen interest in winter-sports and a solid background from within the travel industry.
It is unlikely the role will commence prior to March 2012.
