Description
Senior Chef de Partie required for the Hotel Bosco in Surbiton.
As our Senior Chef de Partie you will ensure that the operation runs smoothly at all times. You must ensure that the high standard of food is constantly maintained and that all staff in the kitchen are adhering to those standards and working in a safe and professional manner.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of all sections of kitchen, including international cuisine.
- Knowledge of volume production and ability to maintain the highest standards.
- Thorough knowledge of continental /various international cuisines.
- Ability to manage and motivate a large & diverse group of employees.
- Excellent communication/training skills.
- Advanced food hygiene training and certificate
- Catering qualification
- Examples of implementation & operation of HACCP
- Received apprenticeship training or attended specialised food production course in a hotel school
- Fluent in English.
