Description
The Front Office team is looking for a talented Guest Service Supervisor to make a positive addition to the supervisory teams in At Your Service (hotel switchboard and business centre) and the Front Desk. The Guest Service Supervisor will be based in both departments and report to the Front Office Manager.
Duties will include professionally and efficiently solving guest and associate challenges, being responsible for the smooth running of both AYS and Front Desk from both an operational and leadership point of view, championing Front Office system use and training and developing Front Desk and AYS associates.
Requirements
Candidates must be flexible enough to work shifts, and the role may also include nights. Candidates must have previous experience working in Front Office in a similar hotel and have strong people management and leadership qualities. We are looking for someone who can confidently lead by example.
Applicants must be fluent in written and spoken English and be experienced with hospitality systems, preferably Micros and Opera.
Finally, we are looking for someone with real passion for the job and that special flair for hospitality!
