The George Hotel and Brasserie is part of the Shepherd Neame Master Brewers and is noted for its high standards and imaginative menus. It holds one rosette for its restaurant.
We wish to appoint an ambitious Sous Chef who aspires to progress in an AA Rosette standard kitchen producing high quality meals.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have some experience in a busy pub, restaurant or hotel type of environment and have a passion for producing food to a very high standard using fresh local produce.
