Resort Representative

Resort representative jobs or resort rep jobs are available with companies in the UK and abroad. Ski resort rep jobs are available during the winter season starting late November / early December to April/May. Summer resort rep jobs are available in hotels and holiday parks from March/April to September/October.

As Resort Rep you are the first point of contact for holiday guests, dealing with all aspects of their holiday as the travel company's representative. As well as welcoming htem to your resort, you may also be expected to visit guests regularly at their accommodation. Responsibilities may include airport transfers, organising extra activities or excursions, resort admin, organisation of evening entertainment programmes, driving and maintenance work. At winter resorts you may also need to be a competent skier, as the role may require accompanying groups on the slopes.
